TOTAL MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT THE PENTHOUSE AT SOUTH SEAS FOR ANY GIVEN TIME IS LIMITED TO 4 PERSONS. CHILDREN, TODDLERS, AND INFANTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TOTAL.
Published Pricing is for Conventional Saturday to Saturday Dates Only
Reservation Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the condo, larger deposits may be called for during peak season and extended stays
Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
Final Payment due 60 days before check-in
Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to check-in
