“Balloons over Paradise” Festival

Few events are as colorful as a hot air balloon festival, as scores of vibrantly colored balloons soar simultaneously and hover above your head.

If you are having a holiday in a Marco Escapes vacation rental home in April, you will be a short drive from the 2nd Annual “Balloons over Paradise” Festival. at the Immokalee Seminole Casino on April 19 – 21.

In addition to the balloons, there are plenty of family-friendly event and top entertainers Eddie Money, The Buckinghams and The Grass Roots are all scheduled to perform. Balloons will compete for as much as $4,000 in prize money. Tethered balloon rides will be offered, weather permitting.

Colorful and exciting, this is an excellent adventure for all ages! Plan to get there in the early morning when the winds are most favorable. A balloon glow is scheduled for 6am and mass ascension is planned to be between 7am and 8am.
