Entertaining family and friends was a top priority for this investor. The open first floor living area allows for large gatherings and the wall of disappearing slider doors provides an easy transition to the spacious outdoor living areas. The second floor offers guests a private retreat with personal balconies, private bathrooms and a family room loft area. Special features abound in this 4,600 square foot (under air) island villa. The office doubles as a guest room with a custom built fold-down Murphy bed concealed within the wall of bookcases. One of our favorite features is the kitchens hidden walk-in pantry, that nearly doubles as a back kitchen.
