TOTAL MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY AT SOUTH SEAS 912 FOR ANY GIVEN TIME IS LIMITED TO 4 PERSONS. CHILDREN, TODDLERS, AND INFANTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITHIN THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY TOTAL.

25% Deposit with Executed Lease Agreement is required to book the condo, larger deposits may be called for during peak season and extended stays
